Completely refurbished in 2007, the Academy offers superb value for money in a prime location just off O'Connell Street. "I would expect to pay much more for accommodation of this quality" is typical of the comments received from our guests.

"Having been to Dublin before I knew where the Academy Hotel was located and chose it for location etc. The Academy hotel was clean, the staff helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with the facilities of a good standard including a safe (not big enough for a laptop computer though). The evening meal was of a good standard and the breakfast provided plenty of choice. Overall I was very happy and when my wife and I visit Dublin again later in the year with friends we will be hoping to stay at the Academy again
