Apart from being a superb hotel, guests at Brooks love the fact that it's located away from the noise of the main surrounding streets (or as far away as is possible in a city centre location). The concierges too are frequently praised for their efforts in ensuring every visitor's stay is a pleasant one.

"Brooks Hotel was ideally situated in the centre of Dublin just a few minutes walk from Temple Bar and surrounded by interesting shops, restaurants and two markets. The staff were friendly and helpful and always had a cheery hello whenever we passed reception. The rooms were spacious with sufficient storage space and tastefully decorated. We had our towels changed morning and evening and chocolates on the pillow each night and bottled water provided which was a nice touch. Excellent value for money.

"Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant was great but service was slow (took 2 hours for the six people in our party to have starters and main courses) - other than that, top quality and no complaints

"Was looking forward to breakfast but was disappointed with cooked items. Buffet was well laid out and fine but had cooked breakfast of Rubber eggs, tough sausage, thick bacon and cold black pudding. Didn't bother next two days, just had the corn flakes. I really thought the cooked items would have been freshly cooked."

"Brooks Hotel was pleasantly professional, ideal for sight-seeing, and local restaurants. There was some noise during the early hours of the morning when the pubs closed but, given the location was to be expected. All the hotel staff were friendly and efficient."
