Apart from being a superb hotel, guests at Brooks love the fact that it's located away from the noise of the main surrounding streets (or as far away as is possible in a city centre location). The concierges too are frequently praised for their efforts in ensuring every visitor's stay is a pleasant one.

"The staff was very accommodating at anytime day or night. Location was key and for someone looking to stay in the middle of all the action this was the place. Not needing a vehicle was a blessing. I needed my room cleaned at odd hours and this was fulfilled seamlessly. If I had any needs they were expedited and completed immediately. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel."

"Hotel in a great spot as it was central to everything but also quiet as it was off the main haul. The food was all freshly cooked and very tasty. The staff were by far the best that we have encountered for a long while.
"Maybe on confirmation precise written instructions as how to get to the hotel once in Dublin city centre would be helpful as this particular hotel is quite hard to find and on asking in various shops not many people seemed to be aware as to where it was actually situated."

I wanted to pass on my comments anyway as the whole weekend was fantastic, hassle free from start to finish. Booking with yourselves was a breeze and very impressive, the link the taxi firm to arrange meeting us at the airport was really helpful, and he turned up just as we did! Brooks Hotel was very good, in a great spot to explore Dublin, and what a fantastic city. We will be returning in the summer next year, sooner if we can, and without a doubt will use your services again. Thanks."
