Night time spoilt due to our room facing the main street we were often disturbed by noisy revellers and because it was very warm we could not close the windows(room 211 ) however this has not put us off returning we would request a room away from the street!

“ Excellent stay with a couple of minor criticisms.. the bedroom had secondary glazing which was good as the bedroom faced on to a noisy street but sadly it did not allow the outer window to open more than a couple of inches...not good as we were in the middle of a humid heat wave....Also the pool area is starting to look a little tatty which is a pity as the rest of the Camden Court Hotel is in excellent decorative order.

Hotel is only a 10 min bus ride/ 20 min stroll to the temple bar area the Dublin bus system is excellent. We got a 3 day bus pass for €10 at the airport which we where able to use on the local bus routes in the city. ”

“ I would recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price we paid using this booking service the Camden Court Hotel was excellent. Although we’d booked a double room the room we received was a double with a single. The decor was lovely, the bathroom was clean and very well presented. Other positive points about the Camden Court Hotel were the options of 24hr room service, breakfast in bed, an excellent selection of TV channels and a restaurant as well as a bar which also provided food. The only bad point I could say about the Camden Court Hotel is the room we stayed in had the window facing onto the main street so it could be a little noisy if you wanted the window open at night, though after walking around Dublin all day we were normally far too tired to notice.
I found this method of booking Dublin hotels to be very simple even though I had never done this sort of thing over the internet before. I also found the staff very helpful when speaking to them on the telephone. ”

“ Excellent hotel, would fully recommend it to anyone. One small grumble, the rooms overlooking the back of the Camden Court Hotel where the coaches were parked can get very noisy when coach parties leave early morning, but I guess that’s because we were being quite lazy and not getting up until later than most! That was only something very small and is completely outweighed by the positives, everything else was fantastic.
