IT IS IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION WHERE YOU ARE NOT TOO FAR FROM THE NOISE AND BUSTLE OF GRAFTON STREET AND TEMPLE BAR AREA BUT ABLE TO WALK THERE IN ABOUT 10 TO 15 MINUTES. ALSO YOU HAVE THE TRAM SERVICE ROUND THE CORNER FROM THE CAMDEN COURT HOTEL WHICH WAS VERY HANDY.
