"The two rooms we booked, one twin and one triple, were both spacious, clean and comfortable. En suites were also spacious and very clean. The adjoining bar and pool room were great and the location was fine, just a short walk from the bars and restaurants around the St Steven's Green and Grafton Street areas."

"The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. In general the facilities were ok, but during our stay there were a number of problems with the room. To be specific, in room 315 the door card did not work properly in the electricity slot, so the power to lights etc cut out approximately every 5 minutes (resolved by reception staff providing another card and telling me to wedge it behind the original), the window would not close fully, so we were woken up when the night club threw out the bottles after closing and the in-room tv reception was very poor with both video and audio signals locking up after a few minutes. All said though, a reasonable quality for the price, but not the best."
