"Good stay overall. One concern is the car parking facilities which did not allow us to off-load our luggage on arrival, and as a result I had to park my car on the street some distance from Cassidys Hotel and wait for an available space in the very small hotel car park before I could take my luggage into Cassidys Hotel. In addition, there was a rear hotel door accessing the car park which could have afforded guests a much easier passage into Cassidys Hotel with luggage which was not made readily available, although egress from this location was made available by helpful staff at the end of our stay.

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was pleasant and comfortably, while not the largest it was very clean and adequate. Despite the central position the rooms were very quiet. Cassidys Hotels situation was very good, easy to find and close to the main shopping/entertainment area of the city. The only down side was the small car park, but that must be a common complaint with all city centre hotels. I enjoyed the breakfast.
