"not overall impressed with the size of swimming pool but as I was only there for a night possibly I am not the best judge . It was conveniently placed (hotel) as I was attending a concert in the point.. Will be back again for sure"

"There is one small criticism - we stayed in room 123 and there was a noise like a generator or a drill from about 7pm to 9.30pm. Again this came on at 7am for an hour - maybe it had to do with the construction that was ongoing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

"The Clarion hotel is currently undergoing renovation and an extra floor is being added. One of the two lifts was out of action, and the remaining lift was shared with staff, some builders and trollies - long waits were sometimes encountered. Our room was not ready at the published time of 2.00 pm, despite having checked in and left our bags at 10am. We sat a further 30 minutes in reception. The gym was excellent. The showers in the rooms [an extension of the taps] were under-powered and not easy to control. This is still a good hotel to stay at, and they obviously had a few issues around the time we stayed."

"This was a busy weekend and the staff were still very attentive. They were always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. Every request was dealt with efficiently and without making me feel like a difficult customer! Which I am I've many food allergies and the staff were amazing about it. The facilities were wonderful and we made use of all of them. This is a great hotel just a walk from the city centre and so good its hard to leave. Just one thing if you are staying at the weekend there is free parking in the IFSC on Saturday and Sunday so there is no need to use the car park- which has a fee
