There is a wide range of hotels in Dublin with the facilities for conferences and groups. Every organisation has different requirements in terms of the numbers of people, budget limitations, event style, ancillary activities.
The approach that we have successfully adopted thus far has been to hold preliminary discussions with the organiser in order to get a view of the main requirements. Based on this information, together with our local knowledge of Dublin hotels, we draw up a short list of 4 -5 potentially suitable venues.
Having ascertained availability on the required dates, we obtain competitive quotations from the individual hotels which we then pass on to the client with our recommendations.
For larger conferences, it is often desirable for the client to come over for a show around.
