"Good distance from the main shopping and bar areas, not too far or close! Public transport easy to get to. Easy to find. Clean and spacious accommodation. The staff were all friendly, helpful and well presented. Value for money was good. Ice machine didn't work though!!"

"A pleasant stay but the location will be very much improved when the surrounding building developments are completed. Queues at reception were rather slow but I would book this hotel again and recommend it to friends

"As I was only there for one evening I found it very good. Everything was of a high standard. The location was excellent. I shall book again your hotel again when I am in Dublin next. (provided you are not fully booked of course)!
"I have no qualms about using your site. It was easy. The only thing that lets it down is if I wanted to book accommodation say tonight for example for a room for tomorrow it wont allow you to book. I suppose its not enough notice for you. But it is a little inconvenient if I need to be in Dublin at a minutes notice. (hope that makes sense to you I know what I mean)."

"Overall a most enjoyable stay. The only issue is that The Custom House Innbeing situated on the main transport route to the harbour carries a lot of heavy traffic throughout the night and the large trucks passing can be heard even through the double glazing. Suggest the hotel arranges with the local authorities to have the road surface outside the hotel levelled as a lot of the noise is as a result of the containers on the heavy trucks bouncing when passing over sections of uneven road surface."

"Very happy with everything about the Custom House Inn including its location! Perfect for Dublin Centre/Temple Bar etc, yet just out enough to get away from the busy hustle bustle and noise.. Good Views over River. Decent Bar in Hotel although could really be doing with Air Con/more ventilation.. Other than that we were happy.
