"close to the shopping on Grafton street" are typical of the reviews we get for The Drury Court, though to quote another reviewer: "be prepared to accept that there is going to be some street noise . . . on the week-end". A very popular small hotel.

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise for us as we had booked over the internet and didn't know what to expect. Very friendly staff, with excellent location close to everything we had visited Dublin for. Would definitely recommend (and have already!).

"Our stay was excellent. The Drury Court is located really centrally, with everything you need in close proximity. The only down side to this is that our room was quite light due to the streetlights, and also slightly noisy. This didn't bother us, and we were asleep in no time, however if you are a very light sleeper you may want to request a room at the back of The Drury Court. Our room was tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, Breakfast was good (though the staff were rushed off their feet!). I would recommend this hotel, and will return!

"We had to wait a long while to be served at breakfast time on our first morning due to shortage of staff. However the waiter was very polite and apologised profusely. The following day the service was much improved and the food on both days was excellent. I thought that the carpets were in need of a good hoover but otherwise the room was very clean.
"The payment is a little confusing as you pay the deposit to one company and the rest of the bill to the hotel, we found this a little confusing when it came to final payment, however we found the booking process perfectly adequate."

"The Drury Court and level of service was very good. However, my room was on the first floor looking down onto the street and there was a lot of outside noise throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. I don't think the windows were double glazed - this may have helped. This would be my only reservation about staying there again.
"Excellent - on booking the hotel I mistakenly booked it twice and so had 2 booking refs for 2 separate room on the same night. I was `phoned up within minutes to clarify whether I really wanted 2 rooms."
