Fax: 4060222 As one of Dublin's finest modern hotels, complaints at The Fitzwilliam are few and far between, as the many positive reviews below show. Guests regularly rave about the prime location, first class service and superb food. In the past, noise from the building of the LUAS line caused some disturbance, but the now completed line places guests just a twenty-five minute tram journey away from Ireland's largest shopping centre in Dundrum. "I was very happy with the hotel and the location was great. "Unfortunately the hotel misread the booking form and only had one room booked rather than three. Having said that they went out of the way to correct their mistake by booking us into another hotel (at their additional expense) and ensuring that we were well looked after in the meantime. Is there a problem with the forms you send out - are they easy to misread? No complaints about your service though, or the Conrad Hotel where we eventually stayed - we had a great weekend."
