As one of Dublin's finest modern hotels, complaints at The Fitzwilliam are few and far between, as the many positive reviews below show. Guests regularly rave about the prime location, first class service and superb food. In the past, noise from the building of the LUAS line caused some disturbance, but the now completed line places guests just a twenty-five minute tram journey away from Ireland's largest shopping centre in Dundrum.

"Staff were very helpful and professional - did have cause to complain about some drilling work which was happening close to the room, but they gave us a free meal with wine in the restaurant and were very apologetic. Good break, but assumed there would be a swimming pool and there wasn`t which was a little disappointing"
