"Hotel is a little tired but very clean and staff are most helpful. On a one night stay we did not spend a lot of time in The Gresham or use the bar/restaurant facilities in the evening at all. My only complaint would be that the breakfast did not live up to what I would receive in an equivalent hotel in London. The hot breakfast was warm, not hot, and the range of breads/meat/cheese for those on the continental breakfast was quite limited. We would probably use The Gresham again as it was very conveniently placed, was quiet and clean."
