"The Gresham is in the best location in Dublin. The staff provide a quality service without being overstated and I think any visitor there would feel welcome.
"The booking process was straight forward and when I arrived at the hotel, the staff had my reservation immediately to hand, which was excellent. With some online bookings through other websites I've had to wait up to 20 minutes for the hotel staff to confirm that I will actually get a room."

"We booked this hotel because it had a Gym but there were no more than 5 machines and it was a very poor apology for a Gym or fitness centre. The breakfast although a good range, was kept hot for hours and we were not inspired otherwise to try The Gresham restaurant. There were many good restaurants within walking distance. This was my first visit to Eire it was ok but not inspiring"

"Overall stay was very good which was due to the city itself. At breakfast time on the Sunday/Monday there was no continental breakfast available except rolls, no orange juice and the staff started putting away cereals form 11.30am when in fact breakfasts are from 7am to 12 noon. At no time were we shown to a table only pointed to an area, this actually involved us sitting at someone else's table when they were in fact at the buffet tables."
