Fax: 4060222 The Harcourt Hotel is fantastic if you are coming to enjoy Dublin's night life and you are likely to participate in it. The bar, beer garden and night-club are just what you want and the facilities are ideal for groups of young adults. However, if you are bringing your children and / or are looking for somewhere quiet then you would be advised to look for a quieter room. The reviews are generally positive.... “ Only comment is that we had asked for a non smoking room, and got a room which stank of tobacco, normally would not mind, but really was ingrained into the room, and could not get rid of heavy stench even with window open.
