Dining and Entertainment

At Halo the food is artfully presented by Chef Jean-Michel Poulot. Jean-Michel's philosophy is to work with the finest of Irish ingredients, respecting the natural flavours through careful preparation, using only fresh herbs and spices that enhance the natural flavour of the main ingredients. A perfect marriage and balance. The Morrison Bar with large open windows overlooking the River Liffey is a calm understatement during the day. In the evening, it is a very popular meeting place for Dublin's glossiest and most glamorous, not only for drinks, but meetings or light dining. Headspace, the well-being Spa will open in Spring 2007.
