Decorated in 1930's style, but thoroughly modern, the Paramount offers 70 en-suite bedrooms, rich in texture with smooth shades. Accommodation

Using smooth, bright colours and rich textures, each of the 70 bedrooms at The Paramount offers a unque atmosphere of warmth and comfort. Multi-channel TVs, in house videos, direct dial telephones, trouser presses and hair dryers are provided in every room; irons, newspapers, and a same day laundry service are available upon request.

Dining and Entertainment

The Paramount's own bar, the Turks Head Pub & Chop House, is one of the most popular city-centre haunts among pace-setting locals. Open until 2 a.m. seven nights a week, its thriving entertainment schedule includes a belly dancer on Tuesday nights.

The fashionable Bistro is fully licensed, not something to be taken for granted when eating out in Dublin, and offers a very reasonable Early-Bird menu from 7.30 each evening. Note that the Bistro is closed on Sundays.

Location

Located at the western end of Temple Bar and opposite Dublin Castle, the Paramount Hotel is within easy reach of all the major attractions Dublin has to offer. Christchurch Cathedral is just a stone's throw away and St Patrick's a few minutes walk. Trinity college and the shopping area of Grafton Street are just down the road in the other direction. Or take a stroll through Temple Bar or down the Liffey Boardwalk to view the new 120 ft Dublin Spire in O'Connell Street, the heart of the city.
