"The room was a bit noisy at times due to a bar below. Also there was a problem with my phone one night in which I kept getting calls from people thinking they were getting through to reception. I ended up taking the phone off the hook so as not to be disturbed."

"my stay in this hotel was excellent, although as it states on your website the lift facilities would be finished by feburary they were still not in use and no one offered to help me with my bags. also in the ensuite bathroom, there was no toothpaste. but in general, very clean and staff were helpful and efficient.

"I led a party of six for the weekend and we had a wonderful visit. The manager , Guy, was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The reception manager Ms Clark was outstanding - helping with directions etc , in fact nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was in great condition, very clean and smart and exactly where you want to stay for a fun weekend in Dublin. Great stuff !

"Excellent location, although can get a little noisy. the staff were pleasant. the room itself was nice enough and in a clean condition, but the ensuite bathroom was a bit scruffy and needed repairing in areas. i think the price was a bit on the high side for what it was, but having said that it is in the most central location and i would indeed stay there again."
