"We had a very pleasant stay in The Temple Bar Hotel I would give it an overall 8/10. I was a little disappointed at the end of our evening that the residents bar closed at 2am and there was no room service available to have a late drink. We requested a late check out on departure which was not a problem for a charge of €20 we checked out at 15.00 which was great.!

"The service, and staff, was proper and correct. But there was no warmth, no interest in the customer. What has happened is that you have adopted the ways of the Parisian French -- known the world over for their coldness toward non-Parisians. There are much better models to try to follow. But everything was done correctly and well. I have no complaints on what was done. Our needs were attended to. It would have just been nice if it had been done with a smile.
