Facing Trinity College and adjacent to College Green, The Trinity Capital's location makes it ideal for those who like to be at the centre of things, just a few minutes walk away from Temple Bar, O'Connell Street and Grafton Street. Like all city centre hotels though, light sleepers can be put off by the traffic outside (not to mention the occasional disturbance from the fire station next door).

"The carpeting and bed covering were stained. The location is good."

"The shower curtain should have been replaced--although it was clean, it was stained by mildew. The floor and tiles in the bathroom could have been cleaned to a higher standard--again, they seemed to be stained. (I think there were one or two blobs of a gold color nail varnish on the bathroom floor.) There were two minor downsides to our mini suite. The first was the sunlight which was placed right over the bed and made it hard to sleep beyond 8am--great for business users, I'm sure, but not good for a relaxing weekend break. Perhaps a darker blind could be used to cover it? The second problem was the heat at that time of the year. A fan would help with that problem. I must say the staff were excellent--friendly, very helpful and polite."

"Great location - all the great Dublin attractions were within easy walking distance. Rooms were of adequate size and very clean. Staff was excellent and always very helpful and accommodating - I had to travel outside of Dublin for a few days and The Trinity Capital Hotel stored my golf clubs at no charge. Great hotel - I will be returning to Dublin in August and will definitely stay at the Trinity Capital.
