Walton's Hotel is located in Dublin City by Parnell Square. Its
fantastic views overlooks the historical nine century Findlaters Church. The hotel is small enough with 43 bedrooms. It is steeped in history as it was the original home of the famous Walton's Music store, synonymous With Traditional Irish Music And Dublin's Vibrant Music Culture. The building is old Georgian style dating back to the 1800's. It was refurbished in 1999 to suit today's discerning traveller.
Despite the age of the hotel, the bedrooms are all modern and tastefully
decorated to suit the guests needs. All rooms are ensuite and come
equipped with TV, telephone, tea/coffee making facilities. Some family and
non smoking rooms are available.
Location
The hotel is located off Parnell Square at the end of O'Connell Street. The
Gate Theatre, The Writers Museum, the James Joyce Centre and the Hugh Lane
Gallery are all just minutes away, while a ten minute walk will bring you to
Temple Bar, Trinity College, Christchurch Cathedral, Dublin Castle or Grafton
Street. Nearby Henry Street is the favourite shopping street of Dublin locals
for good bargains and great value.
